Από το καλοκαίρι του 2023 ξεκινά η λειτουργία του νέου αδελφού κτήματος Majestic σε έναν υπέροχο Minimal χώρο με lounge διάθεση στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο των Νοτίων προαστίων. Όταν ο καιρός επιτρέπει, στον νέο εξωτερικό πετρόκτιστο και καταπράσινο χώρο του με πλούσια βλάστηση από κωνοφόρα, ελιές, καλλωπιστικά φυτά και δέντρα, προσφέρει δροσιά ακόμα και τους πιο ζεστούς μήνες του χρόνο, μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν μέχρι και 1.000 άτομα σε καθιστό set up και 1.800 άτομα σε όρθιο cocktail.
